Meet Hilltop Boilers Maple Syrup — a family business built on hard work, tradition, and a love for all things maple!
Michael and his brother, Mark, began Hilltop Boilers in the late 1980s as teenagers with the help of their dad — known fondly as “Grampa.” Michael and Jen married in 2001, and she officially joined the business operations.
Before Maple Became Full-Time:Like many small businesses, Hilltop Boilers was a “side hustle” for years!
Mark is a mechanic.
Michael is a teacher, farmer, and woodworker.
Jen was a full-time teacher before becoming a full-time operator of Hilltop Boilers since 2020 — managing everything from product creation to deliveries across Maine.

Family Life:Mark & Debbie have two grown children and love their dogs.
Michael & Jen have three teenagers and two cats keeping life lively.
