Nestled in the woods of South Western Maine you will find Chad & Nicole Humphrey designing and developing new and exciting BBQ accessories, giving an old pit a new chance at life, or developing their new line of BBQ Smokers, The Humphrey Smoker. Since 2010 Competition teams, caterers, restaurant owners from all over the country have sent their cookers in to be rebuilt or enhanced because they know they that they will receive a fix that will meet or exceed their expectations at a fair price. In 2012 the decision was made to start prototyping a cooker that filled the short comings of other manufacturer’s products and the Humphrey Smoker project was started.
Since then, Humphrey's has developed a full line of BBQ rubs, sauces and cooking accessories. They have a full retail facility in West Newfield, Maine.
