First Humphrey’s smoker was built in 2009, and they’ve been raising the bar ever since!
Before the BBQ life:Nicole: Design engineer at Architectural Skylight

Together, they launched their own shop and started designing a line of high-performance smokers tailored to real competition needs.
How it all began:Started selling fruitwood at BBQ comps,
Repaired smokers for pitmasters,
Spotted all the flaws and said: Let’s do it better!� That’s how Humphrey’s BBQ smokers were born!
