After retiring in 2013, Vickie noticed something was missing: a local gift shoppe! So, with the help of her husband Tony, she brought her dream to life — right on their family farm, which has been in operation since 1946.
Her shoppe, inspired by the old one-room schoolhouses of Limerick (there were 13!), is filled with:
