Species: Moose
Last Known Whereabouts: Somewhere along the Snowflake Trail
Current Status: Wandering. Probably distracted. Definitely not following directions.
Bruce the Moose is missing.
We wish we could say this came as a surprise.
Bruce has never been what you would call good with directions. Give him a map and he'll turn it upside down. Give him GPS and he'll argue with it. Tell him to stay put for five minutes and suddenly he's three towns over, posing for pictures with an alpaca.
And unfortunately… that's pretty much how this whole thing started.
🫎 HOW BRUCE WENT MISSING
Bruce had ONE job.
He was supposed to help get things ready for the Snowflake Trail.
Nothing complicated. No heavy lifting. No spreadsheets. Nobody even trusted him with the Christmas lights after what happened last year.
He was simply told:
“Bruce, stay here.”
Bruce heard:
“Go explore every shop on the Snowflake Trail, meet strangers, look for snacks and see what kind of trouble you can get into.”
And off he went.
At first, nobody worried.
Bruce disappears occasionally. Usually he's found near cookies.
But then lunchtime came.
No Bruce.
Afternoon came.
Still no Bruce.
Then somebody reported seeing a suspiciously cheerful moose heading down the road wearing plaid and looking like he had absolutely nowhere important to be.
That's when we knew.
Bruce was officially on the loose.
Witnesses have since reported possible sightings near shops along the Snowflake Trail. One person claims he was browsing Christmas decorations. Another swears he was looking for snacks.
And there is photographic evidence that Bruce may have attempted to befriend an alpaca.
Honestly, we're not even surprised.
🔎 WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Bruce could be ANYWHERE along the Snowflake Trail.
He may be hiding inside a shop.
He may be sitting in a display.
He may be checking out Christmas gifts.
He may be somewhere he has absolutely no business being.
So while you're out shopping the Snowflake Trail, KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR BRUCE!

And don't be surprised if Bruce moves again.
We have reason to believe he intends to wander the Trail throughout the season.
⚠️ IMPORTANT MOOSE INFORMATION
Bruce is considered friendly but easily distracted.
He responds well to Christmas music, baked goods and compliments about his antlers.
If approached, do not attempt to give him directions.
He will not listen.
